Allow for 16 visits per year
(as shown below) starting in March and ending in October. Add up the
cost of 16 visits and divide this by 8 months, for the amount to enter on
the Standing Order Form.

Why allow for 16 Visits ?

for the 2002 season show the tasks dates
(highlighted in blue) starting week commencing 18th March
with 1 initial visit and then 15 fortnightly thereafter. The total number of visits forecasted per year is 16.
This is due to the mild winters which allow the grass to continue to grow.
If a visit is not required, this can be credited towards additional works,
future maintenance or a refund.
