For regular maintenance, please complete a Standing Order form.

The benefits of this are we all save time and money. . .

	For each cheque the bank charges us around £0.70p which in the end has to passed onto our customers.
	You save around £10 per year in stationery and postage
	You save time writing cheques and posting payments
	We save administration time so we can concentrate on providing a better service to you.
	By improving efficiency we can minimise any increases in charges.

Allow for 16 visits per year (as shown below) starting in March and ending in October. Add up the cost of 16 visits and divide this by 8 months, for the amount to enter on the Standing Order Form. Save time by inputting the details on screen and then printing it off. When you close or reset the screen your details are cleared.

Why allow for 16 Visits ?

The screen print from our ProAsset system for the 2002 season show the tasks dates (highlighted in blue) starting week commencing 18th March with 1 initial visit and then 15 fortnightly thereafter. The total number of visits forecasted per year is 16. This is due to the mild winters which allow the grass to continue to grow. If a visit is not required, this can be credited towards additional works, future maintenance or a refund.

Please note you may be on cycle 2 which starts a week later (dependant upon your location).
